| 摘 要： | 塑料挤出机是塑料成型加工应用比较广泛的设备,螺杆指装在挤出机或注塑机料筒内可以转动且带有螺槽的金属杆,被称为挤出机的心脏。螺杆损坏形式,主要有扭断和磨损两种,其中扭断是由于螺杆转速突然增加造成的,一般发生在加料段。主要针对挤出机常规全螺纹螺杆扭断的焊接修复作了简析。

| Abstract: | The plastic extrusion machine is used widely plastic molding equipment,screw means mounted in the extruder or injection molding machine can turn the barrel and the metal rod with a spiral groove,known as the heart of the extruder.Screw is broken,the main form of damage and wear two of them broken due to a sudden increase in screw speed caused,generally occurs in the feed zone.In this paper,the whole thread for screw Extruder welding repair broken for Analysis. |
