| 摘 要： | 针对嘉利特多级输油泵中的平衡盘磨损快,寿命短的问题,进行了调查,分析研究,找出问题的原因是平衡套的回油间隙偏小,没有完全平衡轴向力,故平衡盘的磨损快,并提出针对性的改进措施,很好地平衡了泵轴向力,延长了泵平衡盘的使用寿命,减少了泵的维修。

| Abstract: | Jia Lite multi-stage pump in the balance disc wear fast,short life issues,conducted a survey,analysis,identify the cause of the problem is balanced set back oil gap is too small,not completely balance the axial force,so the balance disc wear faster,and make targeted improvements,a good balance to the power shaft,extending the life of the balance disc pump,reducing pump maintenance. |
