摘    要:采用高效好氧生物反应器HCR处理盐酸金霉素生产废水,结果表明,在进水ρ(COD)高达20 g/L、ρ(氨氮)高达2~3 g/L,且废水中含有大量对微生物有抑制作用的残留抗生素的情况下,COD的去除率高达70%以上.同时,废水中的氨氮也有一定去除效果,且反应器在运行过程中不受废水中SO24-的影响.由此可以说明,HCR作为盐酸金霉素废水一级处理,在技术上是可行的.

Abstract:The result of treating aureomycin hydrochloride wastewater with High Performance Compact Reactor indicates that the removal rate of COD achieves above 70%,in spite of the wastewater COD content reaching up to 20g/L,NH3-N to 2-3g/L,and a large amount of remained autibiotic that can envenom micro-organism.At the same time,the process can also remove certainly NH3-N,and the efficiency of reactor is not affected by SO2-4 content.So we can draw a conclusion that it is feasible to make use of HCR as the first ste...
