摘    要:为克服现有导波检测技术对管道非穿透型小缺陷检测的不足,给出一种基于时间反转理论的管道缺陷超声导波无损检测方法.通过对含有非穿透型裂纹小缺陷的管道进行数值模拟,进一步说明了在管道导波检测时,时间反转的方法可以实现超声导波在时间-空间上的聚焦,增强检测能量,提高对小缺陷的检出能力.利用时间反转导波的空间聚焦特性还可建立时间反转导波的圆周位移分布与缺陷的周向和径向位置间的关系,为实现缺陷的三维定位奠定基础.

Abstract:A time reversal guided wave inspection method is numerically simulated by using finite element method(FEM),where the non-through-thickness small defect in a pipeline model is analyzed with solid elements models.The reflection coefficients of L(0,2) mode are calculated when the time reversal method is used.Results show that the temporal-spatial focusing effect of the time reversal method can realize energy focusing on the defect.So,the time reversal guided wave method is more favorable to the small defect in...
