ZnFe2O4和NiFe2O4的磁热效应研究

摘    要:采用水热合成法(180℃),选择不同pH值和不同反应时间,制备出不同的ZnFe2O4和NiFe2O4磁粉,通过XRD、SEM、VSM图谱对其进行表征分析,并对其在微波磁场中的升温情况进行测量和分析.结果表明,在不同浓度、不同微波功率下,ZnFe2O4流体温度稳定在50.0℃~61.8℃;NiFe2O4流体温度稳定在52.7℃~66.2℃.

Abstract:When the hydrothermal synthesis method(180℃) is used,different ZnFe2O4 and NiFe2O4 magnetic particles are produced with different pH values and reaction times.The products are characterized and analyzed through XRD,SEM and VSM.The temperature rise of the products in microwave magnetic field is also measured and analysed.The result shows that with diverse concentration and under diverse microwave power,the fluid temperature of ZnFe2O4 stabilizes in the range of 50.0℃~61.8℃,while NiFe2O4 in the range of 52.7℃~66.2℃.
