摘    要:以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚(N-210)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和一缩二乙二醇(DEG)等为主要原料,合成了自乳化型WPU(水性聚氨酯)乳液;然后以氢氧化钙作为交联改性剂,通过Ca2+与-COOH之间形成的螯合交联,制成Ca2+改性WPU乳液。结果表明:当n(Ca2+)∶n(-COOH)=0.4∶1时,改性WPU乳液具有较好的储存稳定性和综合性能,其胶膜的热性能、耐水性、剥离强度(4.5 N/mm)、拉伸强度(14.5 MPa)和断裂伸长率(454.5%)等均相对较高。

Abstract:With toluene diisocyanate(TDI),polyether(N-210),dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) and diethylene glycol(DEG) as main raw materials,a self-emulsifying type WPU(waterborne polyurethane) emulsion was synthesized.Then with Ca(OH)2 as cross linker and modifier,a WPU emulsion modified by Ca2+ was prepared by the chelate crosslinking between Ca2+ and-COOH.The results showed that the modified WPU emulsion had better storage stability and combination property because its film's thermal properties,water resistance,peel...
