| 摘 要： | 在手工喷涂汽车涂装工艺中,规范的喷漆工喷涂操作技能培训是涂装质量稳定性的重要保障。笔者将对喷漆工培训分级标准、培训操作方法等方面进行深入阐述。通过离线培训,从而实现涂装质量的稳定输出。
