| 摘 要： | 为了实现对电力企业的智能化管理,进行电力通信网的可靠性评价算法的研究非常必要。文章对19个电力企业进行了评价,其中运用模糊层次分析法和变异系数法得到组合权重,加权平均后的评价值通过限位系数法进行解模糊。该方法兼顾了定性与定量,客观性与主观性,提高了可信度,解决了电力通信网可靠性评价的不确定性。实例证明,该方法可行,所得结果基本符合实际。
