铍青铜弹簧片应力腐蚀开裂分析

摘    要:微动开关的弹簧片在使用过程中发生开裂。对弹簧片进行了裂纹形貌观察、能谱成分分析、金相组织检查和硬度检测,并对完好弹簧片进行了模拟试验。结果表明,弹簧片裂纹为应力腐蚀开裂;造成弹簧片应力腐蚀开裂的腐蚀介质来源于微动开关长接触片及传感器插座焊点部位残留的氯化铵钎剂。通过采用氯化锌+甘油替代含氯化铵的钎剂,弹簧片的应力腐蚀开裂得到了有效预防。

Abstract:The spring flake of a sensitive switch cracked during working.Appearance observation,energy spectrum analysis,microstructure inspection and hardness testing were performed.Then simulated testing for intact spring flake was carried out.The results show that the crack of spring flake is stress corrosion crack.The corrosion medium derived from the remaining flux containing NH4Cl at the welding point belween long contact flake and socket.By using ZnCl2 and glycerin to substitute as flux containing NH4Cl,the cracking of the spring flake has been effectively prevented.
