摘    要:为使手机在装配时,前盖、后盖等塑料零件受静载荷作用下不变形损坏,在熟悉其装配关系基础上,借助Pro/EMECHANICA Structure对手机在装配过程中进行静力分析,并对主要零件的结构进行修改和优化,使其满足使用力学性能要求,使得手机前后盖及电池盖能顺利组装而不会损坏.

Abstract:To avoid the deformation of the mobile phone plastic parts such as the the front and back covers,statical analysis has been conducted in mobile phone assembly with Pro/E MECHANICA Structure.And optimization and improvement of the major parts structure have been proposed to meet the requirements of mechanical property.Thus,the front and back covers,battery cover can be assembled without deforming.
