| Abstract: | Through analyzing the graduate employment situation of engineering management profession,and according to the requests of employer,it puts forward the talent cultural mode of engineering management profession of facing market request combined with the campus real situation and according to the principles of 'thickness basis,width cross,mainly on practice,strong ability and give prominence to characters'. |
