基于DSP的无刷直流电机模糊PID控制系统设计

摘    要:随着无刷直流电机应用领域的不断扩大,对控制系统的稳定性和控制精度提出了更高的要求。为此,本文以DSP芯片(TMS320LF2407A)和无刷直流电机专用集成芯片(MC33035)为核心设计了系统硬件电路,并将传统PID控制与模糊控制相结合形成的模糊PID控制算法应用于该硬件系统,同时设计了上位监控系统,组成了一个数字化、智能化的无刷直流电机控制系统。实验结果表明,本控制系统运行稳定,控制精度高,有着很强的应用推广价值。

Abstract:As the application field of Brushless DC motor (BLDCM) continues to enlarge, it requires the control system can work stably and control exactly. So this paper takes the DSP chip (TMS320LF2407A) and the BLDCM special integrated circuits (MC33035) as the core to design the system hardware circuit. The Fuzzy-PID algorithm which is formed by combining traditional HD control and fuzzy control is applied to the hardware system, while the monitoring system is designed and a digital, intelligent BLDCM control system is realized. The result shows that the control system run steadily and control accurately, it is worth to introduce and apply the control system.
