Abstract:In this paper,proteins resources of manufacture of active peptides, functional properties of hydrolysates, technics of hydrolysis and manufacture methods from home and abroad are mainly analyzed. Due to its physiologic function particularly, active peptides are widely applied in the fields of health food and feeds.
