水泥熟料f-CaO测定液中乙二醇-乙醇-水的分离及应用

摘    要:采用减压蒸馏法对水泥熟料f-CaO测定液中的乙二醇-乙醇-水三元体系进行了分离,得到的乙二醇纯度为99.47%,并对分离过程进行了理论分析。将回收的乙二醇应用于水泥熟料中f-CaO的测定,取得了良好的分析结果。该方法为f-CaO测定中乙二醇废液的回收提供了依据,同时也是水泥化验的一种绿色化学方法。

Abstract:Separation of ethylene glycol, alcohol and water in solution used in the determination of f CaO in cement clinkers was achieved by vacuum distillation, and so ethylene glycol in purity of 99.47% was obtained. Theoretical analysis of separation procedure was also discussed. Recovered ethylene glycol could be used to determine f CaO in cement clinkers, and the results were satisfied. Based on this method, ethylene glycol in waste solution used in determination of f CaO could be recovered . Meanwhile, this method was a way of green chemistry in the field of cement analysis.
