摘    要:基于CAE的结构有限元技术,在对某高压喷油泵凸轮轴复杂受力情况作详细分析的基础上,对该凸轮轴的可靠性进行了校核.首先建立凸轮轴的三维实体模型,然后采用ANSYS进行有限元网格划分,施加载荷和边界条件,进行有限元计算.最后利用有限元结果计算喷油泵凸轮轴疲劳安全系数,可以得到该喷油泵凸轮轴是安全可靠的.

Abstract:This paper is based on CAE structural finite element method, the reliability of the high pressure fuel injection pump camshaft was verified on the basis of the analysis of working condition of the camshaft. Firstly the 3D model of camshaft was created, and then by using ANSYS, mesh generation on camshaft was processed, after applying load and boundary conditions, calculation and analysis was processed. Finally fatigue coefficient of fuel injection pump camshaft was calculated by FEA results, and the conclusion that the camshaft was safe can be obtained.
