| 摘 要： | 利用似然函数法对毫米波辐射测量采用线性回归方法进行定标,然后给出了某号隐身材料的毫米波辐射特征测试方法、计算隐身材料的发射率和反射率公式及其计算结果,最后利用函数增量法进行了误差分析.

| Abstract: | A new calibration technology by likelihood function of the linear regression in the radiation measurement with millimeter-wave radiometer was given.The method and the formulas were presented to calculate the radiative coefficient ε and the reflective coefficient ρ of the millimeter-wave absorbers.Then,the errors in ε were analyzed with the method of increment function. |
