GSP技术是煤制合成气(或H2)工艺的最佳选择

摘    要:GSP是一种先进成熟的煤气化技术:干粉进料,水冷壁气化反应器,激冷流程,液态排渣。通过与Shell、Texaco气化技术在工艺、投资、气化指标及成本等方面的比较,可以得出:GSP工艺原料适应性广,投资省、粗煤气成本较低、工艺运行可靠,兼有Shell与Texaco的优点,是煤制合成气工艺技术的最佳选择之一。

Abstract:The general situation of GSP gasification technology was introduced. Through comparison with Shell and Texaco technology in technique, investment, gasification index and cost, it is concluded that GSP has the advantage of wide flexibility of feedstock, low cost and reliable operation. GSP has the merit of both Shell and Texaco. It is the best choice for production of synthesis gas from coal.
