摘    要:在实际的生产中,经常会生产结构相似的零件,在对这些零件进行数控编程时,传统的编程方法会增加大量的重复性操作。为了提高数控加工的编程效率,实现数控编程的规范性与合理性,提出一种基于模板实现相似结构零件加工程序转换的方法。因盘类零件在生产加工中的应用日益广泛,以其作为代表,根据其特征的不同建立盘类零件的特征模板知识库,并将一些典型盘类零件的加工过程保存为零件模板;当对盘类零件进行数控编程时,根据相似特征匹配规则从特征模板知识库中调用特征模板或典型零件模板;最后在CAM软件中更改加工面与必要的加工参数,实现加工程序的快速转换。通过实际应用,在UG NX软件中验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:In actual production,similar structured parts are often produced.A lot of repetitive operations are existed in traditional NC programming method.In order to improve the efficiency and realize the standardization and rationality of NC programming,a template based method was proposed to realize the processing program conversion of similar structured parts.For the extensive application of disc parts in production and processing,it was used as a typical representative to establish a feature template knowledge base of disc parts and the processing of some typical disk parts was saved as part templates.When NC programming was performed on similar structured disc parts,feature templates or typical part template were called in the template knowledge base based on similar feature matching rules.Finally,the machining surface and necessary machining parameters in the CAM software were changed to realize rapid conversion of NC machining program.Through the practical application,the effectiveness of the method is verified.
