分级研磨制浆工艺在内蒙古易高煤化科技有限公司的应用

摘    要:为提高气化水煤浆浓度,降低生产成本,内蒙古易高煤化科技有限公司采用“分级研磨制浆工艺”对原有的制浆系统进行改造.通过对比改造前后气化水煤浆的质量指标及相关气化参数,发现采用该工艺后,水煤浆质量分数提高了2.6%,析水率减少了0.6%,流动性有明显改善;水煤浆浓度提高后,气化炉的比煤耗降低了18 kg/1000 Nm3,比氧耗降低了12 Nm3/1000 Nm3,有效气体积分数提高了1.69%,吨精醇耗煤减少0.07t,吨精醇耗氧减少29 Nm3,企业经济效益显著.

Abstract:To improve concentration of gasification coal water slurry (CWS) and reduce production cost, the Inner Mongolia Yigao Coalification Technology Company used the classified grinding slurring process to transform the original slurring system. By comparing the quality index and related gasification parameters of gasification coal water slurry before and after transformation, the results show that after adopting the technology, the concentration of CWS can be increased by 2.6 percentage points, the water separation rate was reduced by 0.6%, and the liquidity has been improved obviously; After the CWS concentration was raised, the specific coal consumption of gasifier was reduced by 18 kg/1 000 Nm3, the specific oxygen consumption was reduced by 12 Nm3/1 000 Nm3, the effective gas content was increased by 1.69%, the coal consumption per ton of refined alcohol is reduced by 0.07 t, and the oxygen consumption per ton of refined alcohol is reduced by 29 Nm3, enterprise economic benefits are notable.
