摘    要:针对化纤喷丝头微孔,提出一种基于机器视觉的检测方法并进行了验证。首先采用高分辨率工业相机对化纤喷丝头微孔进行实时图像采集,对图像进行灰度变换后,利用高斯-拉普拉斯算子增强图像边缘并通过Canny算子提取边缘信息,然后对微孔边缘进行圆拟合,从而检测出微孔的孔径和孔数。基于该方法,设计和开发了化纤喷丝头微孔检测系统,该系统由图像采像装置、喷丝头传送装置及检测软件组成。系统测试结果表明:该方法可以实现喷丝头微孔的非接触连续检测,检测精度可以达到微米级别。

Abstract:To detect the diameter and number of tiny holes in chemical fiber spinneret,a method based on machine vision was proposed and verified.Firstly,the real time image of tiny holes in chemical fiber spinneret was acquired by high resolution industrial camera.After grayscale transformation,the image edge was enhanced by Gauss Laplace operator and then extracted by Canny operator.Next,the edge was fitted by circle to judge whether there are burrs or inadequate roundness in the tiny holes.Finally,based on this method,a detection system for tiny holes in chemical fiber spinneret was developed,which included image acquisition device,spinneret transmission device and detection software.Test results of the system show that this method can be used to continuously detect the diameters and number of the tiny holes in spinneret without contact,and is accurate at micron level.
