基于数值模拟分析的采场应力阻隔及地压控制研究

摘    要:以云锡卡房分公司大白岩矿区I-9矿群开采过程中的采场结构参数及顶板地压控制优化为研究对象,在现场调查、岩石力学实验及矿岩体质量分级的基础上,采用有限元法3D-σ,对开采现状及后期开采过程中采场结构参数和地压控制进行了研究。结果表明:有些开采区域目前有应力集中现象,主要表现为安全率偏低,且塑性区连片,继续采用全面法开采剩余矿体会造成大的地压活动,安全隐患极大。通过多方案对采场结构参数及回采顺序的论证,建议在合理结构参数的基础上在15、16地质剖面线位置留6m的连续矿柱将现有采空区隔离,将剩余矿体分为A、B、C、D、E、F六个区域独立开采进行应力阻隔,能有效控制地压,达到安全开采的目的。

Abstract:Based on branch YunXi card room to light rock I - 9 ore mining area of stope structural parameters in the process of mining and roof pressure control optimization as the research object, on the spot investigation, rock mechanics experiment, and the ore rock mass quality classification, on the basis of the finite element method for 3 d - sigma, late of the present mining situation and mining stope structure parameters and ground pressure control is studied. The results show that the stress concentration, the safety rate is low and the plastic zone is large in some areas at present, and the analysis shows that if the comprehensive method is adopted to continue mining the remaining ore, it will cause large ground pressure activities, and the safety hidden danger is great. By scheme of stope structure parameters and the arguments of the stoping sequence, suggested on the basis of reasonable structural parameters in 15, 16 geological section line position to keep 6 m continuous pillar will existing mined-out area isolation, the residual ore body is divided into A, B, C, D, E, F six areas to independent mining stress, can effectively control ground pressure, achieve the goal of safe mining.
