电子商务人才培养观念的调研分析

摘    要:本文通过调查研究认为存在以下基本事实:电子商务专业复合型人才培养目标已经得到基本一致的认可;不同层次、不同类型学校的培养定位应该有所不同;教师对课程结构合理性的认可远比学生乐观;教师对培养质量的认可比学生乐观。基于以上事实,本文从信息的掌握全面程度和深度上考虑,认为教师的认识相对客观一些,但学生对培养质量认知低于教师认知的事实还是应当引起警觉。电子商务专业作为一个综合性很强的专业,培养目标定位、课程设置有很多争议可以理解,对于专业培养质量、课程结构的评价也不能一概而论,要根据学生爱好和特长进行个性化引导,相应的课程也要有所侧重,只有这样才能充分发挥学生的潜力,满足人才个性化培养的需求。

Abstract:Through investigation,the authors identified such basic facts: the compound cultivating objective of EC major was agreed widely;the cultivating target should be different among different universities or colleges in different types or degrees;teachers were more optimistic than students in line with the rationality of curriculum structure;teachers were optimistic than students in cultivating quality.The authors considered that the attitudes of teachers were more objective than that of students because of their wide and deep possession of information.However,the fact that students were relatively pessimistic in cultivating quality should be emphasized.As a strong comprehensive major,it could be understand there were many deputies in major construction.The point was how to satisfy the demand of personalization.
