| 摘 要： | 软件风险管理是软件项目中不可缺少的重要环节。只有正视风险，充分认识到风险的重要性，才能针对项目的实际情况做出合理的风险管理。通过风险管理，使风险合法化，使项目向着成功出发。针对风险管理的问题，首先从风险的基本概念出发，介绍了进行风险识别与分析的主要方法，最后提出了进行风险管理的实施方法，特别是对高校软件项目风险管理的方法。

| Abstract: | Software risk management is the key path in the software development. Only face the risk, realize the important of risk, we can manage risk in the right way by real situation. By the risk management, we can make risk illegally, make risk successful. Base on question of risk management, this article Start with the base concept of risk, then introduce the main method about that how to realize the risk and analyzed the risk. Finally present the method of implement of risk management, especially in the risk manage of the campus software project. |
