| 摘 要： | 信息技术(IT)治理是公司治理的一部分.提出了投资者应从公司治理和制度设计的层面把握IT治理,正视投资者与管理者的利益不相同问题,从而为企业的IT建设提供根本制度保障.IT治理是激励制度、约束制度、决策制度和评价制度的总和,4种制度相互协同、共同作用,其核心是激励制度.
