摘    要:提出了利用直读光谱仪分析钢中稀土元素的分析方法。验证了用轻稀代表稀土总量的实用性,确定了可行性的制样条件,校正共存元素的干扰,分析偏差小于GB/T223.49-94的再现性限,分析周期小于8min。

Abstract:The analytical method for determinatin of the total rare earth in steel using a direct-reading spectrograph is described;the validity of representation of the total amount of the rare earth in steel by the light rare earth verified;the effective preparation conditions determined;and the interference of the coexisting elements checked.Results show that the analytical error is controlled within the reproduction limit of GB/T223.49-94 and the analytical cycle is less than 8 minutes.
