| 摘 要： | 国产3515新闻纸机干燥部车速从550m/min提高到700m/min存在主要问题:一是纸页横幅水分不均匀,波动值大于40%;二是转动负荷增大,超载跳停.改造的主要内容是转动性校平衡、提高联动齿轮箱的组装精度,增强烘缸内冷凝水及时排出的功能.

| Abstract: | The main problems of the home-made 3150 newsprint paper machine when the speed of the drier section increases from 550m/min to 700m/min are 1) uneven moisture CD profile with more than 40% fluctuation and 2) the paper machine trips off when the drive load increases. The main items of transformation are balancing of rotating parts, increasing assembly the accuracy of driven gearbox and enhancing prompt dis-charge of condensate inside dryers. |
