基于LabVIEW的蜗杆减速器测试系统

摘    要:为有效监控蜗杆减速器的制造品质,改进设计,通常要在蜗杆传动试验台上对减速器进行传动效率、噪音、温升等指标的测试.对现有的蜗杆减速器测试系统进行了改造.新设计采用虚拟仪器平台,充分发挥了计算机的处理能力,减少了硬件成本.系统测量精度高,便于实现数据分析处理和输出测试报告.

Abstract:To monitor the worm gear reducer production quality and improve its design, usually the machines on a test rig for such parameters as transmission efficiency, noise level and temperature etc were test. A new test-bed for the worm gear reducer was developed based on the conventional test rig. Virtual instrument platform was used to fully make use of the software data handle capability and thus reduce the hardware cost. The system was proved to be high in precision, easy for the test data management and output the test report.
