铝轮毂疲劳试验仿真分析方法的研究

摘    要:为了研究铝轮毂的疲劳试验仿真方法,以铝轮毂弯曲疲劳试验为例,应用MSC.Software系列软件实现了该产品试验的疲劳仿真分析,详细地探讨了疲劳仿真分析技术的流程及实现过程,从仿真分析计算所得的疲劳寿命云图中,可直观地判断出该车轮的疲劳发生的危险区域,从而实现了在产品设计阶段对产品疲劳寿命的预测,为其改进设计提供了计算依据.

Abstract:To perform the research about the fatigue test simulation method of aluminium wheel hub,the bending fatigue test for aluminium wheel hub is investigated deeply by using the series of MSC.Software.The fatigue life of the wheel is simulated and predicted.From the cloud diagram of fatigue life generated by result of the fatigue simulation,we can directly and clearly determine the dangerous areas where the fatigue takes place.Therefore,we are able to predict the fatigue life of the wheel when it is designed,and these data can be used for the optimization design of wheel hub to improve the quality.
