摘    要:以富镁酸浸滤液为原料,选择合适的表面活性刺,采用氨水沉淀法制备氢氧化镁.以氢氧化镁的平均粒径为考察目标,通过单因素实验,分别考察了反应温度、表面活性剂用量、氨水通人速度、反应时间等因素对氢氧化镁平均粒径的影响.实验结果表明:温度越低,表面活性剂用量越大,氨水通人速度越快,氢氧化镁的平均粒径越小;随着反应时间的延长,平均粒径先增大后减小.

Abstract:Magnesium hydroxide product was prepared by using ammonia precipitating method.Acid leaching filtrate from low grade phosphate rock containing abundant magnesium element was used as the raw material.And some useful surface active reagent was also chosen.The average particle diameters served as the evaluation object during a series of single factor experiments.The reaction temperature,the dosage of the surface active reagent,the rate of entering ammonia water and residency time have been investigated.The imp...
