摘    要:合成了一种高效阳离子型絮凝剂,探讨了水中各金属离子浓度、pH值对其合成反应的影响。实验采用阳离子型单体,以适当的摩尔比与非离子型单体在特殊水性介质中进行分散聚合。合成的产物为高效高浓度的阳离子型絮凝剂,使用方便,不产生二次污染,用量小;可用于各种污水处理,也可用于有关工业生产工艺中以提高效率,降低消耗。实验结果表明水中各金属离子浓度越小,则越有利于该分散聚合,水中pH的最佳值应控制在6~7。

Abstract:A kind of cationic flocculant was synthesized. The effects of metal ionic concentration in water and pH value on it wereapproached. In the experiment, a kind of cationic monomer and a kind of non-ionic monomer are adopted, which react in a special aqueousmedium with proper molar ratio. The product is a kind of high concentrated cationic flocculant, which can be used conveniently, and doesnot produce secondary pollution. It is highly effective with small dosage. The product can be used in waste water treatment, it also canbe used in correlative industrial production procedure for improving efficiency and reducing the cost. The results show that reducing thecationic concentration in water will be expedient for the dispersion polymerization, and the optimum pH value is between 6 and 7.
