TiC_xN_(1-x)铝箔电极材料耐蚀性能研究

摘    要:通过测试极化曲线和浸泡腐蚀实验,对比分析了最佳沉积工艺下制备的TiCxN1-x涂层铝箔与腐蚀化成法制备的铝箔的耐蚀性能。结果表明,在酸性腐蚀溶液中,TiCxN1-x涂层铝箔的自腐蚀电位Ecorr比腐蚀化成铝箔高50mV,而电流密度低0.914×10-3A/cm2,说明TiCxN1-x涂层铝箔的耐腐蚀性能明显优于腐蚀铝箔,同样,在浸泡9h后腐蚀铝箔样片已出现腐蚀贯穿,而TiCxN1-x涂层铝箔没有明显变化。

Abstract:Through polarization curve experiment and dip-in eroding experiment,the anticorrosion capacity was analyzed contrastively between the aluminum foil sample with TiCxN1-x coatings manufactured under the best deposition techniques and that of the aluminum foil sample which made by complex eroding method.The results show that in acidic liquor,the self-eroding potential Ecorr of TiCxN1-x coating aluminum foil is 50 mV higher and the current density is 0.914×10-3 A/cm2 lower than those of the aluminum foil which is made by complex eroding method,that is to say TiCxN1-x coating aluminum foil possesses better anticorrosion capacity than eroding aluminum foil.The dip-in experiment also shows the same result because after 9 h dip-in,the aluminum foil sample which is made by complex eroding method is perforated by corrosion while the aluminum foil sample with TiCxN1-x coatings have little change.
