区域可控循环风对矿井主通风系统影响的分析与研究

摘    要:根据单台循环风机增阻循环方式的区域可控循环通风系统简图,建立了该类循环风系统影响矿井主要通风机供风量、井下通风系统循环区域及非循环区域通风量和通风阻力的数学模型;并结合连云港市白集煤矿可控循环通风系统,对所建立的数学模型进行了理论分析。最后用开启1台循环风机或开启2台并联循环风机,对主要通风机供风量理论计算减少值、井下循环区域及非循环区域通风量和通风阻力理论计算增加值进行了验证,其结果完全吻合。

Analysis and Study of Influence of Regional Controlled Re-circulation Ventilation on Mine Main Ventilation System
Abstract:A mathematical model of such recirculation system how to affect air supply quantity of the mine main fan, the ventilation quantity and mine ventilation resistance in the recirculation region and non-recirculation region of a coal mine ventilation system was set up according to the controlled regional recirculation ventilation system diagram constituted by a recirculation fan and resistance -increase recirculation; theoretical analysis was made on this mathematical model on the basis of the controlled recirculation ventilation system in Baiji Coal Mine of Lianyungang City. Finally, under circumstance of starting one recirculation fan or parallel running of two recirculation fans, the calculated decrement of ventilation quantity of the mine main fan and the calculated increment of ventilation quantity and mine ventilation resistance of coal mine recirculation region and non -recirculation region were verified, and the results are accordant completely.
