摘    要:我国东部注水开发后期油田的高含水油井普遍存在修井作业中修井液漏失问题。分析了解决这一问题的现有技术方法,研制生产了新型水溶性修井暂堵材料GLB,讨论了合成条件和应用条件对新型水溶性修井暂堵材料GLB性能的影响。新型水溶性修井暂堵材料GLB为高弹性不规则颗粒,可以迅速暂堵漏失地层,具有在水中能够迅速降解并溶解、降解溶解后残渣少的特点,体系黏度低,修井作业后产量恢复快。在大港油田进行了44口井现场试验,试验效果良好。

Abstract:Fluid often has leakage in producing zone of high water cut production wells during the remedial and stimulating operations.In order to solve this problem,a new water-soluble temporarily plugging agent is prepared.This agent is plastic irregular particle and can be dissolved in water in 3 days,so it can plug producing zone without formation damage.It can also be carried with HPAM or guar solution in field application.In the forty-four tests,13 wells are successful, 33 of them get more production than the production before.
