裂解炉排污系统节能减排的研究

摘    要:辽阳石化分公司裂解装置共有7台裂解炉,正常生产运行时5台炉在线运行,2台炉备用。由于老化、冲刷腐蚀、管线减薄等原因,在线运行的裂解炉经常出现排污系统泄漏的情况。泄漏的大量蒸汽和水,不仅损失了大量热、浪费了大量的水资源,同时排污系统泄漏后还将影响裂解炉正常的生产运行以及高压汽包的正常排污。另外,泄漏的蒸汽和水将造成地面、操作平台湿滑,如果泄漏发生在冬季,还将结冰,对现场员工的人身安全构成威胁。因此,文中针对裂解炉高压汽包排污系统泄漏对装置的影响,研究解决排污系统泄漏问题的办法,最后分析解决这一问题对装置节能减排的贡献。

Abstract:There are 7 cracking furnaces in the cracking unit at Liaoyang Petrochemical Company PetroChina.In normal operation,5 furnaces are online and the other 2 are standby.Due to reasons of aging,erosion corrosion and pipeline thinning,blow-down system leakage frequently occurs in on-line cracking furnaces.The leakage of steam and water not only leads to loss of heat and waste of water,but also impacts the normal operation of cracking furnace and the normal drainage of high-pressure steam system.In addition,the s...
