| Abstract: | This article introduces the construction and HSE management mode of the 1 000 kt/a ethylene project in Dushanzi, and discusses the basic approaches to HSE management including employee training and effective supervision;JHA analysis and process control;accident report,survey analysis and reporting; promotion of enterprise safety culture;security experience sharing and realization of HSE comprehensive control. |
