| 摘 要： | 介绍了乙烯装置废热锅炉及水源情况，列举了蒸汽品质恶化对水汽系统带来的危害。针对蒸汽品质每年出现的活性二氧化硅严重超标的现象，分析了水汽系统中硅的来源，通过简单试验确定了蒸汽品质恶化的原因，并提出了解决措施及建议。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a brief introduction to the transfer line heat exchangers(TLEs) operated for waste heat recovery to generate steam in Dushanzi Ethylene Cracker Plant,as well as the situation of water supply sources.Among the steam quality indices,SiO_2 is found far beyond the requirement almost once every year,therefore this paper presents a list of hazards potentially imposed to the water-steam system due to deterioration of steam quality.Analysis is made to the sources of SiO_2 in the water -steam sys... |
