| 摘 要： | ＭＩＳ网络性能指标中都是一些定性而非定量的抽象概念，不易进行评估。针对这一问题，结合本单位ＭＩＳ网络建设情况，用Ｄｅｌｐｈｉ法和模糊矩阵法建立计算机管理信息系统（ＭＩＳ）网络性能的综合评估数学模型，为ＭＩＳ网络开发提供了一种较精确的评估方法。
