800kt/a硫磺制酸装置风机塔后布置改塔前布置的生产实践

摘    要:富瑞分公司800kt/a硫磺制酸装置风机塔后布置流程存在风量不足问题,致使焚硫炉的操作温度高达1180℃,装置生产负荷仅维持在98.58%左右。风机塔后布置改塔前布置后,风量提高21%,生产能力提高9.16%,焚硫炉操作温度降低到1056℃,吨酸中压蒸汽发电量提高了4.7kW·h;同时减少了风机和汽轮机轴的振动、避免了干燥塔酸泥对风机叶片、进气室的腐蚀。

Abstract:When air blower was located downstream of drying tower, the 800 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant of Furui had insufficient air flow, leading to as high as 1 180℃ operation temperature of sulphur-burning furnace and only about 98. 58% production capacity of plant. Since the air blower was moved from downstream to upstream of drying tower, air flow increased by 21% , production capacity increased by 9. 16% , operation temperature of sulphur-burning furnace was decreased to 1 056 ℃ and power generated by middle-pressure steam was raised 4. 7 kW · h per tonne sulphurie acid. At the same time, vibration of air blower shaft and steam turbine shaft was reduced and corrosion of air blower blade and inlet chamber duo to acidic sludge from drying tower was avoided.
