| 摘 要： | 设计特宽幅织机计算机控制系统.文中主要介绍经轴退绕过程数学模型、送经伺服控制系统、张力控制系统、卷取控制系统以及送经-卷取同步控制系统.基于数学模型,完成了控制系统组态.在控制算法方面,除了常规的张力闭环和速度闭环控制外,还应用了自整定、信号自适应、变增益以及多模态等先进的控制策略.

| Abstract: | The computer control system of the extra-width breadth loom is designed. The mathematical model of the warp beam unwinding process, let-off servo-controlled system, tension control system, take-up conurol system and let-off & take-up syncro control system are mainly introduced. Based on the mathematical model, the configuration of the control system is carried through. In the aspect of control algorithm, not only routine tension and speed closed-loop control but also advanced control strategy is applied which include follows auto-tuning, signal adaptive, variable gain and multi-mode control. |
