乙烯装置急冷油粘度控制及减粘塔运行分析

摘    要:针对国内外急冷油减粘技术现状,分析了急冷油粘度增加对循环系统的危害,介绍了旋流分离技术应用于急冷油减粘的工艺过程,该技术克服了其它减粘方法存在的一些缺陷。指出提高减粘塔顶温度的同时增加参与减粘的急冷油喷淋量,降低减粘塔顶温差、控制好塔釜液面是进一步优化减粘塔操作的关键。

Abstract:Based on the current state of quenching oil viscosity reducing technology in ethylene units home and abroad,analyses were made on the harm brought about to the circulating system by the increase in the viscosity of the quenching oil.The introduced cyclone separation technology in viscosity control process of quenching oil was proved to be superior to others.The key to optimize the operation of viscosity reducing tower was to increase properly the quenching oil spraying quantity,and at the same time keeping the temperature difference between the tower top and preceding nozzle mixer closer,and keeping the liquid level of the tower bottom under control.
