小角度跨既有线架设钢横梁施工方案

摘    要:石太客运专线太平河特大桥上跨既有石太上行线,且两线交角较小。通过方案比选,采用1台400 t起重机吊装钢箱梁。对架梁时间,吊装顺序、施工方法等进行控制,并进行架设施工安全性验算,保证了施工中行车安全和钢梁就位后的设备安全。

Abstract:Taiping River Bridge in Shitai passenger line cross existing railway of Shitai upline.Angle of the two lines is small.By construction scheme comparison,a 400t crane is adopted to erect steel beam.Driving safety and machine safety after steel beam location are ensured by control erection times,lifting order and construction methods,as well as calculation of erection safety during construction.
