关于城市开放空间优先的思考

城市开放空间在改善城市的物质、生态、游憩与景观环境等方面具有难以替代的作用。开放空间优先反映了城市建设中尊重自然的规划指导思想。从规划观念以及方法上对这一思想进行了深入探讨，进一步提出了开放空间的类型优先与布局优先。类型优先是将对城市具有重要意义的自然地块及其上的自然过程作为城市建设中优先考虑的对象。布局优先关系到开放空间在形成良好的城市绿色形态中所占据的更为重要的空间位置和形成更加合理的空间格局。

On the Priority of Urban Open Spaces

The role of urban open spoces is irreplaceable in improving and ameliorating the physical, ecological, recreational and landscape environment. Open space first represents an idea of nature-esteemed planning principle in cily development. This idea has been discussed from a perspective of the planning concept and methodology, with a detailed analysis of the open space type priodty and layout priority. Type priority is the priority of the natural parcels and the natural processes therein during the city construction, which are most significant to cily. Layout priorily is the priorily of open space for an important spatial location and a sound spatial pattiern, which are beneficial to shaping a good cily green form.
