摘    要:针对BZ25-1油田开发的实际需要,采用了PF-PLUS/PF-JFC钻井液,PF-PLUS主要成分是部分水解聚丙烯酰胺,它是由聚丙烯酰胺链上部分酰胺基转化成酸基制成的。该体系具有很强的抑制和防塌能力,能满足携砂的要求,利于井眼稳定,利于环境保护和储层保护。现场应用表明,PF-PLUS/JFC钻井液解决了该地层易缩径、起钻难的问题;防粘结剂PF-FNJ及其相关技术应用解决了前期开发中岩屑聚集成泥球的现象;屏蔽暂堵技术的应用,减少了油田开发过程中钻井液对储层的损害,PF-PLUS/PF-JFC钻井液在该油田使用取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:PF-PLUS/PF-JFC drilling fluid was employed to meet the development requirement of BZ25-1 oilfield.PF-PLUS was mainly composed of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide,which was synthesized by some amide groups in the main chain of Polyacrylamide molecule being transformed into acid groups.The drilling fluid presented better inhibition and anti-sloughing capacity,met the requirement of prop carrying,provided a stable hole and was favor of environmental protection and formation damage control.Field practices indicated that PF-PLUS/PF-JFC drilling fluid overcomed tight hole and difficult tripping out.Combined with other correlated technologies,the adhesive of PF-FNJ was employed to prevent cuttings aggregation forming mud ball which encountered frequently in early development.The shielding bridging technology was also deployed to reduce the formation damage induced by drilling fluid.The better effects achieved by PF-PLUS/PF-JFC was proved in field practices.
