摘    要:表面粗糙度是衡量选区激光熔化成型质量的关键指标之一。实验使用316L不锈钢粉末进行多层实体成型时,发现各层并不能维持首层平滑的形貌,而是逐渐累积变差。针对此问题,设计了逐层缩进的多层实体成型实验,并结合单道、多道搭接扫描实验,从SLM成型的机理上分析了多层成型形貌恶化的原因。在此基础上,提出了一种新的扫描策略,即大间距且相邻层间扫描线错开的扫描方式,试验获得了成型表面形貌良好的实体方块,表面粗糙度Ra在8μm以下。

Analysis of the morphology of 316L stainless part formed by selective laser melting

Abstract:Surface roughness is one of key indicators to estimate the quality of parts formed by selective laser mehing. It was found that the surface could not maintain smooth formation of the first layer, but getting worse gradually when forming multi - layer parts. For this problem, the multi - layer experiment, indented layer by layer was carried out; combined with single - track scanning experiment and multi - track overlapping experiment, the mechanism reason for the surface deterioration is analyzed. On these basis, this paper presents a new scanning strategy: a large scanning space is used, and scanning tracks of adjacent layers are staggered. A box was formed adopting this strategy, which got a good surface marphology with the surface roughness Ra below 8μm.
