强脉冲光对胶原蛋白生物效应的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨强脉冲光对胶原蛋白的生物效应与治疗皮肤光老化的作用机制.方法:采用波长640-1200nm的强脉冲光照射豚鼠背部皮肤;能量密度为30J/cm2,单脉冲发射,脉宽5ms.分别于照光后第1d、8d、15d、30d及45d切取皮肤样本,进行HE染色、苦味酸染色观察组织学改变;测量照光区皮肤羟脯氨酸的含量.结果:组织病理显示照光区从第8d起至第45d成纤维细胞增多,胶原纤维排列由疏松逐渐致密,明显强于非照光区.照光区皮肤羟脯氨酸含量从第8d起至第45d持续高于非照光区,具有显著性差异(p<0.001).结论:强脉冲光照射豚鼠皮肤后可刺激胶原蛋白增加,进而改善皮肤弹性,并至少能维持8周以上的时效性,为强脉冲光治疗皮肤光老化预测有效期的时效性与设定治疗间期提供参考依据.
