乙烯环氧化反应器床层导热性能的模拟分析

摘    要:采用拟均相二维模型,对乙烯环氧化制环氧乙烷工业反应器的床层导热性能进行了模拟与分析。结果表明,管外冷壁介质温度T_w是反应器床层的热敏感参数;生产中应严格控制其变化范围;原料气入口温度T_0的变化对床层热稳定性无太大影响,可视为非热敏感参数;提高空速有利于改善床层的导热性能;提高压力则有利于提高反应的选择性和产率。

Abstract:The heat transport of catalyst bed in industrial reactor for epoxidation of ethylene to epoxy ethane has been simulated and analyzed by pseudo-homogeneous two-dimensional model. The results show that the temperature w of cooled-wall is a sensitive parameter of heat transport of bed, the range of which should be precisely controled. The temperature T_0 of feed-gas has no significant effect on the heat stability of catalyst bed, and can be regarded as a non-sensitive parameter of heat transport. Increasing space velocity improves the heat transport of catalyst bed, and increasing pressure improves the reaction selectivity and yield.
