| 摘 要： | 以对叔丁基氯苄为起始原料,经氰化、酯化、酯交换、酰化4步反应得到cyflumetofen.室内生物活性显示:cyflmnetofeng对朱砂叶螨有良好的生物活性,LC50值为1.416 mg/L.田间的药效试验显示该化合物具有优良的杀螨活性,持效期长.在50 mg/L质量浓度下,21 d后对苹果红蜘蛛的防效达93.6%.

| Abstract: | A new acaricide cyflumetofen was prepared from 1-tert-butyl-4-(chloromethyl)benzene via four steps including cyanation reaction,esterification reaction,ester exchange reaction and acylation reaction.The laboratory bioactivity test showed cyflumetofen has excellent efficacy for carmine spider mite(Tetranychus cinnabarinus) with a lc50 of 1.416 mg/l.it also has some ovicidal activity.The results of field trial showed that cyflumetofen has very good efficacy for mite control with a good persistent effect.Under... |
