摘    要:对肉桂醛选择加氢制肉桂醇的Co-Fe/硅藻土催化剂的制备条件进行了研究,并对超声波作用下制备的催化剂的催化性能优化进行了探讨。通过催化反应评价和SEM、XRD及正电子寿命谱的测定等表征,结果表明,焙烧温度和还原温度对Co-Fe/硅藻土催化剂的催化性能影响较大,不但可改变催化剂的晶体结构,也能对载体及载体与催化剂的作用产生影响。最佳焙烧温度为673 K,还原温度为723 K。制备过程中引入超声技术,使催化剂的晶形细化并在载体上更好铺展,有利于改善和提高催化性能。

Abstract:The preparation condition for Co-Fe/diatomite catalysts for selective hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde to cinnamyl alcohol was studied and improvement of properties of the catalysts by preparation under ultrasonic irradiation was discussed. SEM, XRD and PLS results showed calcination temperature and reduction temperature had remarkable influence on properties of the catalysts, both on the crystalline structure and the carrier and the mutual functioning between the carrier and the catalys, with the optimal calcination temperature of 673 K and reduction temperature of 723 K. Preparation under ultrasound favored formation and dispersion of finer Co and Fe crystals and enhanced catalytic properties of the catalysts.
