| Abstract: | This paper is about the innovation scheme and the control principles of the autocycle process of the slotting head of BS0125B slotting machine, with the use of CT MENTOR II DC variable speed drive and controlled by Siemens S7-200 PLC. Each main control part of slotting head, such as speed-down, directions changing, is emphatically analyzed and the innovated control system and the demonstration application program are presented. |
