QT600-3凸轮轴表面激光相变硬化的实验研究

摘    要:用(L93^4)正交试验法研究QT600-3凸轮轴激光相变硬化工艺参数优化组合,分析了凸轮轴激光相变硬化方法。试验结果表明:激光相变硬化层显微硬度比等温淬火提高了50%;硬化层深达0.5mm;耐磨性提高了1倍;表面残余应力为压应力。能满足凸轮轴工作要求,为改进凸轮轴表面处理方法提供了依据。

Abstract:The paper deals with the results on processing parameters of laser transformation hardening for QT600-3 camshaft by using (L_9 3~4 ) orthogonal experiment . The results shows the surface hardness of laser transformation hardening is 50 percent more than that of isothermal hardening the hardened depth is about 0.5mm; the wear-resistance increases one double; especially, the residual stress of the interior of the material is changed into compressive stress. The experimental results provide a basis to improve the surface properties of camshaft.
